Returns & Refunds

Thanks so much for your purchase. We hope you love your item, but if for any reason you're not completely happy, just drop us a line at bigsurinspirations@gmail.com with the reason for your return. We'll do our best to help.​

  • Please make sure returned items are in the same condition you received them.

  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we get your return, we'll process your refund within 7-14 days.

  • We'll send you an email to let you know when your refund is on its way.

Shipping Info :

Most of our items ship through the U.S. Post Office. Giclee prints are special orders and come via FedEx.

Special Orders

We cannot accept returns on special orders unless they arrive damaged. If that happens, please let us know right away so we can handle it with the shipping company.

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, please keep everything, the item, packaging, and all contents until the issue is resolved. Sometimes the Post Office will ask to see the package.

 

FedEx Claims for Giclee Prints:

For FedEx shipments, if your print is valued under $100, you usually don't need to provide documentation for claims.

​

If it's over $100, it's helpful to have things like:​

​

  • FedEx shipping label or receipt

  • Pickup record (if you have it)

  • Photos of the damaged package and artwork

  • Proof of purchase, like a receipt or order confirmation
